Registration and Ordering
If you are new to RalaTeam – welcome! Please request registration here and we will confirm further details.
Once you have registered and have been sent a link to the website, you can log in (using the Log In button at the top right-hand side of the screen) and place your order online only.
From Monday to Friday, we will endeavour to send orders out the same day they are placed, if received before 3pm. Please allow longer despatch times for large volume orders to allow us to carry out additional security and account checks prior to despatch.
You will need a separate account to order with RalaTeam. If you have not already been contacted and pre-registered with RalaTeam, please register by clicking here.

RalaTeam is a new state-of-the-art digital trading business. As such, we operate a payment upfront order system, and you will be requested to pay for your order when you checkout. We accept VISA, iDEAL, Mastercard, Giropay, Sofort, Carte Bancaire and PayPal.
In addition, we also offer the option to pay via bank transfer for orders over €500

Important Notes
Please email proof of payment to contact@ralateam.com, and ensure you include;
• Your company name and account number
• Web ID reference (from your web order confirmation, once submitted)
Your order will be despatched once cleared funds have been received
Orders will be cancelled after 3 working days, if no proof of payment received
RalaTeam has committed to the largest stock holding of the range of products held in Europe. We are confident our stock levels are the best in the industry, and we therefore don’t envisage that you will need to back-order items. On rare occasions where we may be out of stock, you can:
- See a date for when more stock will be available from the product page;
- View updates on the out-of-stock items, including when stock becomes available, by adding the product to Stock Watch.
You will not be able to back-order stock, but will need to place a new order when the item becomes available.

Due to our efficient ordering system, it is not possible to make an amendment or an addition to an order once it has been submitted. You will need to place a new order for any additional items you require.
Orders submitted will be processed for despatch as soon as they are picked and packed. A specific date for shipment cannot be requested.
Delivery and Order Tracking
RalaTeam stock, distribution and operations are based in the Netherlands. For information relating to current despatch and delivery time frames per country, click here.
E-mail notifications will be provided at various stages of your order (see below guide) and a tracking link will be provided on your shipping notification e-mail, once the order has been despatched.
You can choose to deliver to an alternative address when placing your order. We have now updated our systems to allow delivery outside of your own account country for VAT registered customers only. Note that any carriage charges will apply based on the country you are delivering to.

Website Guide
Please log in to your account at RalaTeam.com and visit the ‘Personal Details’ section.
You can choose to save a delivery address when you check out. This will then be saved in the Address Book section of your account. You can also add, edit or choose to save one of these addresses as your default delivery address, but please note you cannot change your invoice address here (see ‘Update information on my account question’ for further information).
You can highlight your favourite products by selecting the ‘Add Favourites’ option on the product page, and these can then be viewed through the Favourites page.
Details of your previous orders can be found in the Order History section of your account.
Yes, you can! The search system on RalaTeam also accepts the vast majority of recognised industry product codes.
At present, imagery download is not available. We plan that this will become available in the near future.
